I'm based in Highland Park and have called Los Angeles home for more than 20 years. That kind of long-term, on-the-ground knowledge of this city means I'm not guessing at neighborhood trends or simply reading them off a report.

I'm Brian Grushkin, an LA based real estate agent specializing in servicing buyers and sellers in the Greater Los Angeles area, San Gabriel Valley, Palm Springs and the High Desert. I grew up in Humboldt County and relocated to LA in 2000 to attend college. I'm a UCLA graduate with years of experience working in financial consulting and music publishing.
